After joining Atlantic in 1967, the next three years proved to be the apex of her acclaimed output, producing some of her biggest hits and best-loved songs like "Respect," "Think," and "Chain of Fools." The compilation also underscores her gift for cover versions, including the Band's "The Weight," the Beatles "Eleanor Rigby," and Dionne Warwick's " I Say a Little Prayer." This 2-CD set contains a collection of 34 of Aretha Franklin's songs that have been remastered.
