This collection includes six photocopied letters, Operation Desert Storm stickers, two posters, a newspaper clipping and yellow ribbon from Hancock County, Indiana celebrations during 1991. The letters in the collection are responses from a Valentine's Day card sent by Pat and Ron Underwood's granddaughter, Tara Cooper during the war.
