Home is a collection of poems that provides reflections on John Sherman's childhood on a small Indiana farm. He has published three volumes of poetry and a spoken-word Cd, Shades (2015), in collection with daughter/writer Chi Sherman and musician/producer Gabriel Harley. John has won several honors and grants for his writing. He has published six other books and written the libretto for the opera Biafra. Home is produced in part, thanks to an individual artist program grant from Indiana Arts Commission.
