Laing meets the other tenants: Charlotte (Sienna Miller), a bohemian single mother; Wilder (Luke Evans), a charismatic documentarian and his wife Helen; and Mr. Royal, the architect. As building flaws emerge, the social strata starts to crumble and the building descends into a class war.
