When the original "Timecop" turned back the clock, it made history. Now with a new wave of Timecops, the journey continues! Ryan Anderson (Jason Scott Lee) is the new maverick Timecop with the Time Enforcement Commission, charged with protecting the past from the present. His nemesis is Miller Branson (Thomas Ian Griffith), a brilliant scholar turned evil mastermind, who is bent on using history as the ultimate weapon of revenge. Branson begins wiping out his enemies--erasing them from existence by ensuring they were never born.
