Biographical or Historical Data: David Fogleman was born circa 1830 in North Carolina. He was a farmer and a mill worker by trade. His wife, Margaret was born circa 1833 in Indiana to Samuel and Eliza Moore. Samuel Moore founded Mooresville, where David and Margaret lived.
