|Summary, etc.:|| Folder one is letters of Edmond Harrell and others, written from 1861 until 1893. Harrell was a soldier in the Civil War, assigned to Company B, 50th Indiana Volunteers. The collection includes a list of Eastin Family births, 1847 - 1884. Folder two is letters written from 1834 to 1892. One of the correspondents was Civil War soldier, Napoleon Bonaparte Newkirk, a corporal in Company G, 50th Indiana Volunteers. Included in the collection are recipes and an October 1887 wedding invitation for Lina Wertheim to Ben Goodman of Cincinnati, Ohio.
