Summary, etc.: Over 2,000 people marched in Douglass County, Georgia in support of the release from jail of Genarlow Wilson. In a controversial case drawing national and international media coverage, Wilson was jailed for engaging in consensual oral sex with a 15-year-old girl in 2003. He was 17 years old at the time. This incredible news coverage here has moving interviews with people participating in the march as they walk from the Douglasville High School to the Douglas County Courthouse for a huge rally. Also see the speeches at the rally by people calling for Wilson's release. President Jimmy Carter and Cong. John Lewis are among those who say Wilson should be freed.
