Summary: A story, based on true events, about a dairy farmer's efforts to identify a toxic chemical which is poisoning his cattle and affecting his son. The State Board of Agriculture refuses to take action, fearing loss of revenue to the dairy industry. It is later discovered that a chemical fire retardant had been accidentally packaged as cattle feed.
