"Stroker Ace": A two-time NASCAR winner, heading for his third championship, loses his sponsor. In desperation, he signs with fried chicken magnate Clyde Torkle. Soon Stroker discovers his book-length, iron-clad contract requires him to wear a chicken costume for television commercials and publicity stunts. Worse than that for any proud, daredevil racer, he has to drive a stock car with a sign that says "Fastest Chicken in the South." "Hooper": A master stunt man endangers his health and long career by teaming with an up-and-comer to the stunt world in a record-breaking rocket-powered car jump. "Sharky's Machine": An Atlanta vice cop investigates an organized crime ring tied to a prominent local politician.
