Stopping with Zephyr at a travelling circus owned by the evil magician Sarousch, Quasi is captivated by Sarousch's lovely assistant, Madellaine. But greedy Sarousch is plotting to steal the Cathedral's most famous bell--with Madellaine's unwilling help.
