|Biographical or Historical Data:|| John Milton McBroom was born in Fountain County, Indiana, in 1823. He married Mary Ainsworth on November 27, 1851, and Margaret Clayman sometime following Mary's death in 1868. He had a total of seven children. McBroom began preaching in 1860 and continued until his death on April 7, 1902, in West Lebanon, Indiana.
