Summary, etc.: In the near future, global warming has made water levels rise to unfathomable heights, consuming more than half the Earth. With no end in sight, two treasure hunters must follow their daring father on an adventure to retrieve a lost artifact that will restore the Earth to what it once was. Also in pursuit of the artifact is a ruthless real-estate tycoon who will stop at nothing to control its limitless power.
