|Summary, etc.:|| From Abstract: "The Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy for the North Central Indiana Region, including Elkhart, Kosciusko, Marshall and St. Joseph Counties, provides an analysis of the area, a discussion of the future vision of the region, a listing of possible actions to achieve that vision, and a process by which success can be measured. The document was completed in a regional planning process whereby over 200 participants from all four counties added input in the form of Focus Groups. With the approval of the CEDS Steering Committee, which represents all four counties, as well as the MACOG directing Policy Board of local elected officials, this document reflects the goals, objectives and strategies for the North Central Indiana Region.
