Summary, etc.: Mama is a quirky, eccentric single mother raising two daughters who are entering their teenage years. Mama shares with them her zest for life, in which unconventional and unexpected are the norms. She decides to uproot the family from rural Georgia to her long-distance boyfriend's Long Island home. But one more revelation will come from Mama - and that forces everyone to confront love, pain, loss and ultimately acceptance.
